Jeff Cristobal, MPH
Counselor III
Jeff earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Psychology, graduating with Highest Honor Distinction, and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from De La Salle University. He has extensive professional experience across various industries and roles. He served as an AOD Counselor at Center Point Inc., working at the California Medical Facility in Vacaville. Additionally, he worked as a Resident Care Coordinator at WellQuest Senior Living, managing services in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings. He also contributed to the Elk Grove Unified School District as a Special Education Para-Educator and Behavior Interventionist while simultaneously taking on the role of Community Support Facilitator and Case Manager at Bright Future Inc., overseeing Independent and Supported Living Services.
Further roles include serving as an ARF Administrator at Campbell Homes, Assistant Manager of Operations at TeleTech Communications Inc., and a distinguished military career with the United States Air Force. As an Officer Military Agent in the Office of Special Investigations, he later cross-trained as a Combat Rescue Officer specializing in personnel recovery as part of the Special Tactics Teams within the Air Force Special Operations Command. During this tenure, he completed tours in Operation Enduring Freedom (2001) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003), earning Campaign Medals and a Purple Heart for exceptional service.
He brings expertise in antecedent management, conflict resolution, and therapeutic communication, focusing on holistic emotional well-being. By emphasizing active listening, empathy, and addressing underlying emotions, he fosters meaningful resolutions that go beyond resolving immediate issues.
Driven by a desire to embrace new challenges, he aims to advance in his career, expand his professional development, and continuously refine his skills. He is particularly drawn to Azure due to its culture of empowerment, innovation, collaboration, and accountability. This environment aligns with his commitment to enhancing organizational outcomes and making a positive impact on individuals and families affected by behavioral and mental health challenges.
Outside of work, he enjoys street racing and extreme outdoor activities. A collector of high-end Jordan sneakers and luxury watches, including Richard Mille timepieces, he combines a passion for adventure with an appreciation for fine craftsmanship.
