Kenny Andrews
Counselor I
Kenny serves as Azure’s IOP counselor, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for supporting individuals on their journey to wellness. They hold a B.A. in Women’s and Gender Studies with a minor in Queer Studies, which has informed their transition into the mental health and addiction field. Prior to joining Azure in September 2023, they spent two years as a crisis residential counselor, primarily working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders.
Over time, Kenny has refined their counseling approach to incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and deep emotional exploration. Their work focuses on helping clients develop and implement coping skills that support long-term sobriety and overall well-being.
In addition to their counseling expertise, Kenny is also a musician. They are involved in their own music projects and enjoy collaborating with other artists, bringing creativity and passion to all aspects of their life.
