Sarah Dewitt is a dedicated Case Management Specialist at Azure Acres, having joined the team in July 2023. She holds a RADT-I certification and is actively pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Social Work, with aspirations to attend Cal Poly Humboldt.
Her decision to shift from a decade-long career as a Technical Support Specialist at Synergy Homeopathic to a more impactful role in SUD counseling was driven by the profound impact that counselors can have on those looking to make positive changes in their lives. At Azure Acres, Sarah is dedicated to applying her broad skill set to support individuals in recovery, with a special focus on the challenges faced by young adults.
Sarah was drawn to Azure for its commitment to excellence and its collaborative, passionate team environment. She is keen on contributing to positive outcomes in the lives of others through her role.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys a rich personal life, engaging in outdoor activities like camping and kayaking with her family. She also hosts family game nights and enjoys cooking, bringing both creativity and enjoyment to her home life.
