Azure Acres Treatment Center has helped individuals struggling with addiction build a strong foundation for long-term recovery since 1957. Azure Acres provides high-quality alcohol and drug abuse treatment for adults located in Sebastopol, California.
At Azure Acres, one of the reasons we have been successful for more than five decades is our relationships with other treatment professionals. We value these relationships and enjoy the opportunity to be a part of our residents’ support networks. As such, we have worked hard to streamline the referral and admissions process to make intake as smooth as possible.
Anyone who contacts us about a potential new resident will speak with one our highly trained admissions staff to ensure that Azure will be an ideal place for that person to come heal. If needed, our Executive Director and other senior level medical and clinical staff are available to answer questions as well. Our admissions staff will also be able to discuss our treatment programs and treatment philosophy so that you can ensure that Azure will be a good fit for the person you are referring.
We value a collaborative, team treatment approach, and we believe that each resident’s treatment team consists of more than just Azure’s caring and experienced treatment staff. Instead, we recognize Azure’s team as a part of a wider support network that includes our staff, our residents’ families and friends, and other treatment professionals. As such, depending on each resident’s wishes, we work to keep you informed and up-to-date regarding your referent’s progress through treatment.
Though we receive referrals from a number of different sources, some of our most common referral sources include:
- Family and friends
- Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
- Treating professionals
- Medical facilities
- Interventionists
- Alumni
If you or someone you care for may benefit from treatment at Azure, do not hesitate to contact us. We are eager to ally with you to help your referent step into a life free from the clutches of substance abuse.
